The Many Faces of Poverty - Part 1

Poverty affects many people in our community. The stereotypical image of the homeless person or the panhandler is only one face of poverty. Countless children go to school hungry. Thousands of families rely on the Food Bank to put a meal on the table. Many seniors are forced to choose between filling a prescription or paying their rent. These are just a few examples of the many faces of poverty in our community.

Join us for a community discussion about poverty in our community, what it looks like, and what we as a community can do about it.
