CANADA DAY 2015
Wednesday July 1st, 12:00am
Multiple London Locations
London, Ontario N5W3C9
Argyle Arena (Wavell St.) South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre (Jalna Blvd) Harris Park (downtown)
Throughout the day Londoners will be gathering at a variety of locations, for a variety of activities to celebrate 148th anniversary of the founding of our nation. I'm pleased to say again this year these celebrations are funded in part by federal grants
We will welcome new Canadians at two special ceremonies this year in the London-Fanshawe riding. The morning ceremony takes place at 11am at Argyle Arena, while the afternoon ceremony at 3pm takes place at the South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre on Jalna Blvd.
Both of these locations will also be hosting games and activities for children as well as live musical performances.
And of course, Canada Day wouldn't be complete without the stunning fireworks displays in Argyle and in London's downtown.
I will be making stops at all three locations during the day and look forward to celebrating Canada Day with my fellow Londoners!
